Terms of Service

1. Service description

JobQuoteLab provides web-based estimating and quoting tools for pressure washing and exterior-cleaning contractors. The service helps contractors enter job details, calculate pricing inputs, prepare customer-ready quote wording, save quotes, share public quote pages, download template files, and collect quote leads through a widget.

JobQuoteLab provides business estimating tools only. The calculator output is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or guaranteed pricing advice. You remain responsible for final prices, customer communications, service delivery, permits, insurance, taxes, safety practices, local laws, and business decisions.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, public quote links, widgets, and shared download links.
• You may not create accounts or submit information using false identities, unauthorized email addresses, automated abuse, or misleading customer data.
• If you use JobQuoteLab for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

3. Plans, pricing, and payment

• The free calculator is available for basic estimating and customer summary workflows.
• The Pressure Washing Quote Pack is offered as a one-time purchase, currently listed at $29 USD.
• JobQuoteLab Pro is a subscription plan, currently listed at $49 USD per month.
• JobQuoteLab Business is a subscription plan, currently listed at $99 USD per month when available.
• Prices, features, and plan limits may change prospectively. Any paid checkout will show the applicable price before purchase.
• Payments, card handling, PayPal account approvals, captures, subscription status events, chargebacks, and payment method management are processed by PayPal. JobQuoteLab does not store full payment card numbers.

4. Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Subscription access depends on successful PayPal approval and subscription status events. You are responsible for canceling or managing PayPal subscriptions through the payment flow or PayPal account tools when applicable.

If a paid template pack download is unavailable after a successful payment, contact support [at] jobquotelab [dot] com within 7 days and include the PayPal receipt email or transaction reference. Calculator outputs, quote wording, template examples, and business results are not guaranteed and are not a basis for refund claims about job profitability, customer acceptance, or final pricing decisions.

5. Template pack license

When you buy a template pack, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files inside your own pressure washing or exterior-cleaning business. You may edit the files for internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or upload the template pack as a competing product, marketplace item, public file library, or downloadable lead magnet.

6. Public quote links and widget use

• Public quote links are intended for customer sharing and may display customer-facing scope, package options, exclusions, terms, expiration notes, and total price.
• Public quote links should not be used to publish confidential, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or sensitive information.
• Widget users are responsible for embedding the widget only on domains they control or are authorized to use, and for responding to leads in a lawful and professional manner.
• JobQuoteLab may limit, suspend, or disable public quote links, widgets, downloads, or accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use JobQuoteLab to spam customers, harvest personal data, submit abusive forms, interfere with the service, bypass security or plan limits, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected code, upload malware, violate intellectual property rights, impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent estimate output as a guaranteed final price.

8. User content and customer data

You retain responsibility for information you enter, including quote inputs, customer names, emails, phone numbers, service addresses, scope notes, pricing assumptions, and widget leads. You grant JobQuoteLab permission to process that information as needed to operate the service, display quote pages, provide downloads, send support messages, detect abuse, maintain security, and improve product reliability.

9. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, human verification, email delivery, authentication, and payments, including Cloudflare, PayPal, Google OAuth where enabled, and email infrastructure providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. JobQuoteLab is not responsible for third-party outages, payment declines, account decisions, or external platform policies.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JobQuoteLab does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific revenue, customer acceptance, search ranking, lead volume, profit margin, or compliance outcomes. Estimating results are starting points only and depend on local labor costs, materials, travel, site conditions, overhead, insurance, taxes, competition, and contractor judgment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobQuoteLab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, customer disputes, payment processor decisions, or contractor pricing outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to JobQuoteLab for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. JobQuoteLab may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, abuse public forms, misuse customer data, or use the service in a way that may harm the product, other users, customers, payment partners, or infrastructure providers.

13. Disputes and governing terms

These Terms are intended to be interpreted as a commercial online services agreement. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes must be handled individually and in a court or forum with jurisdiction over the operator of JobQuoteLab. No class, collective, or representative action may be brought to the extent such waiver is permitted by law.

14. Changes and contact
